SSB 800 Bylaws & Operating Procedures Binder – Location: SSB New Member Kit. Doc 800, Cover in PageMaker 6.5, MS Word, CJB. The bylaws of the SSB are important to guiding management and procedure within the club. All SSB members should have a copy of the most current version of the SSB bylaws. The operating procedures are critical to the field operation and safety of SSB members operating out of Boulder. All SSB members should have a copy of the most current version of the SSB bylaws. SSB 900 Badge Form Binder – Location: SSB Flight Shack, Doc 900, Cover in PageMaker 6.5, MS Word, WFH All the SSA/FAI badge forms are in this binder along with reference information. SSB 1901 SSB Expense Reimbursement Form – Location: Online, SSB Doc 1901, MS Excel, WFH. Claim form for SSB related expenses.

SSB Glider Flight Time Log Book – Location: In each glider. Extras in Flight Shack. This log book is filled out by Pilot in Command for each flight taken in an SSB glider. These logs books are critical as the SSB billing system uses these to generate charges and the aircraft’s total time is logged from these numbers.

SSB Towplane Towing Log Book – Location: In SSB towplanes. Extras in Flight Shack. This log book is filled out by towplane pilots and is critical to billing, total time and usage data for the SSB towplane.

SSB Membership Roster – Location: SSB Flight Shack. Lists all current members of the SSB, telephone, address and e-mail. This Roster is mailed occasionally to all SSB members with their monthly bills.
