Lynn Alley provides this resource to download US Temporary Flight Restriction airspace data (taken from the FAA's tfr.faa.gov website) in file formats including Tim Newport-Peace (.SUA) and OpenAir (.TXT). If you have an Oudie you will need to convert the Open Air format to .cub format.
